The Chocolate Churro Cookie, aka the Calavera Cookie, is a deeply rich mega Chocolate Cookie is filled with cinnamon sugar and a tiny pinch of ancho and cayenne to give you that smokey warmth on the cooler days. Each Cookie has a layer of Dulce de Leche in the middle and is topped with a mix of chocolates, including our favorite Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate.
