Bún Bò Huế

Bun Bo Hue is a popular Vietnamese soup containing thick rice vermicelli, pork ham and mostly beef(shank, rare steak).The dish is greatly admired for its balance of spicy, salty, and umami flavors. The predominant flavor is lemongrass. It is commonly served with lime wedges, diced green onions, raw sliced onions, chili sauce, thinly sliced banana blossom, red cabbage, mint, perilla, Vietnamese coriander and beansprouts. "Bun" is the vermicelli noodle, "bo" stands for the beef and "Hue" is where it originally comes from, which where we're from.
