Same beef as the 6”, but double the length. Except—plot twist—we don’t use Syrian bread here. Why? Because 12” Syrian bread doesn’t exist. Not in the U.S. Not in Syria. Never has. So we use a custom tortilla-style wrap made just for us. It’s heresy… and it works.
