SteaksWe do these nightly, and the cut may change, based on availability. Hand-selected cuts cooked to order — ask your server about tonight's available steaks and preparations. Ribeyes, Hanger Steaks, NY Strips, we use USDA prime beef from McClaren Farms.
Half Chicken WednesdaysEvery Wednesday we smoke whole chickens and serve them up by the half. Juicy, fall-off-the-bone smoked chicken — available Wednesdays only while they last.
Tex-Mex ThursdaysEvery Thursday we bring the Tex-Mex — smoked meats meet bold and exciting flavors! Think Brisket Nachos, smoked fajitas, skirt steak, smoked enchiladas and more. Thursday evenings only, while supplies last. See server for details, pricing and availability.
Fat ChicksThese thick, juicy sweet tea marinated strips of boneless, skiness chicken thighs are loaded with flavor! We hand bread them when you order them and then they are fried to a golden brown. Served with cream gravy or ranch dressing.
Chicken Fried SteaksA Texas diner classic done the Rusty Buckle way —hand cut NY strip or ribeye steak, tenderized, lightly seasoned then breaded and fried golden. Our process ensures there's batter on the steak, not a glob of fried dough hiding a piece of shoe leather. Served with house-made cream gravy. We will do these Wednesdays-Saturdays starting at 5pm.
