Valentino Signature Red

Valentino Signature is a Bordeaux style, two year barrel aged red wine with mid-range tannins. Its excellent with red meat dishes such as porterhouse, t-bone, rib-eye, sirlion, strip steak , or fillet mignon; well seasoned and grilled. Because of its smooth finish I will even have it with chicken breast or whitefish.

Seyval is a Late Harvest White Wine, barrel aged for one year. It has a beautiful golden color and pleasant floral bouquet, with hints of honey, oak, and a touch of sweetness. This wine pairs well with many dishes; shellfish, seafood, poultry, and cream sauce dishes such as Fettuccine Alfredo. Or just enjoy a glass by itself with its crisp flavor and smooth finish.
