New York · a Restaurant Pro list
The NYC slice crawl
Fourteen slices. Folded, standing, no fork.
The slice is New York's own fast food: a plain, sold one triangle at a time, eaten folded on the sidewalk. The new shops make it with better flour; the old ones make it exactly the way they did in 1975. Both belong on this list, and there is no wrong order.
